Limited License and Copyright. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, WRJO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this Site, and the text, graphics, animations, sounds, pictures or images thereon (collectively, the "Materials"), and to view and download the Materials subject to the restrictions below, only in connection with the programs, products and services described by WRJO for use internally by your business or yourself.

Termination. WRJO may terminate all rights and licenses contained herein and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
